Eating Enzymes

Some people might think playing racquetball, 4 - 5 times a week is too much for a 47-year-old woman. But, I take care of myself - eat healthy, live good and go to my chiropractor to work out the kinks cause by hard, friendly, competitive games.
The other day I went to Doc (that what I call my chiropractor) and he starts poking and pushing on various parts of my body telling me I need enzymes. I ask him, ?What do I need enzymes for and what that has to do with getting my back adjusted - working out the kinks!?
Since taking enzymes my body feels better and my racquetball performance has improved.
Enzymes are the key to good digestion and good health.
Sure, you are aware of some foods that are easy to digest and are easy on the body. Ones that contain enzymes that complete the digestion: apples, corn, watermelon, pears, celery - raw fruits and vegetables, right?
Heating foods over 116 degrees F destroys enzymes in food.
In order to get the body working correctly and keeping it healthy, you need to make sure the body is getting plenty of enzymes. Eat more raw fruit and vegetables, and take enzymes.
Treating kinks in the body with enzymes and chiropractic care is a common practice today. A chiropractor named Howard Loomis did much of the pioneering work in enzymes research
The next time you eat your fruit and vegetables -- eat them raw.
