Eat Right to Prevent Injuries

If you are training for a sport, or exercising vigorously, you must be careful that you eat the right food to protect your body against any injuries related to nutrition. A proper eating plan ensures that your body gets back the nutrients it has lost during training and is able to function properly. Here are a few tips you should keep in mind while deciding on an eating plan.

1. If you are training hard, then you need more proteins because they help in repairing the body. And a person who is active needs more proteins than someone who is sedentary. So, make sure that your diet is rich in proteins.

2. Take regular meals so that you are able to replenish the energy spent while working out.

3. Avoid having a long gap between meals, as you would feel a loss of energy or hunger pangs. Instead, go in for small meals at frequent intervals during the day.
