Dealing with anxiety

If you are someone who tends to suffer from anxiety and/or panic attacks, have you found a constructive way to deal with this issue without resorting to pharmaceuticals? Inquiring minds would love to know.

I've been taught breathing techniques, and physical activity surely helps. So does talking to people, especially a licensed professional who can help you understand why you are feeling the way you do.
