I have been tinkering with my exercise routine to give myself a balanced workout. Here is my routine so far:

Part 1
(a) Warm Up - Walk from the Bridge to the Park
(b) Run from the Park back to the Bridge

Part 2
Swim in the river
or
Work out in the gym
