Everytime I walk down the stairs, lunge or squat my knees crack really loud. It has done it awhile without pain but now it is starting to hurt. Is this a sign that I may get arthritis later (I am 33) and what can I do to help it and prevent more problems later.
Hearing sounds as the body move can be normal, but if it is causing pain you should see your health care professional.
