What is the problem in human heel swelling?

When I am sitting infront of computer (or) travelling in a bus upto 2 to 3 hrs , my both legs are swelled at the part of heel around. Eventhough  that portion is not painful and nothing inconvenient but, the size of the leg so big at bottom. please tell me the solution.
