what is it if i have pain from my thigh all the way down to my caft muscle, the pain is so strong i can feel the blood pumping!

my thights hurt all the way down to my caft muscle and the pain is so big that it tickles my foot. It's more than normal soreness. And it happens more common now. I can feel my blood pumping.
