What could be causing pain + occasional tingling in corresponding toes/fingers - the 3rd + 4th toes/fingers on my right side?

I often wake up with or feel throughout the day, pain or tingling in corresponding fingers and toes - the third and fourth on my right side. As far as I know, I am an otherwise very healthy, active, 58 year old woman.
