Last week I noticed a lower back ache.....not bad but just annoying. It went away.
Last night I spent the sleeping time awake with my lower right leg in the back, aching ande couldn't get to sleep. I do wear compression knee socks due to swelling of ankles and have noticed my right , back of leg feeling "tight" during waking hours.
I also have a light lower back ache. I'm 85 and I guess anything can happen. lol
