I have been suffering from frozen shoulders and Joint pain regarding my fingers and limbs since 3 years. My problem includes stiffness of the joints during the morning and acute pain in my forearms and fingers. Although the doctors have failed to diagnosis any form of medical illness ie, arthiritis or rheumatism ; I have recently been prescribed with this injection named Ergocalciferol after taking several doses of Adcal-D3 Calcium Carbontae and Vitamin D3 tablets, all yielding no progress in vain. My blood tests have indicated that the amount of Vitamin D and Calcium are still inadequate even after the consumption of these respective medicines. Moreover, I have been unable to find this particualr injection named Ergocalciferol in the pharmacies and have been told that that its not being manufactured anymore.My GP insists that I should find it in order to pursue my tests further. I am in a big dilemma so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
