I have mild arthritis in hip. What would cause stiffness and soreness with fluid in other areas i.e. joints and bones?

Stiffness and soreness in hip for 3 or 4 months. Recently been developing sorness and swelling with fluid in other joints (knee and ankle). Also have developed sorenes in such ares as cheek bones and elbowbone.
