I have arthritis in my knees, and shoulders...I have been getting shooting pains in my lower legs during sleep.

Also, with the osteoarthritis in my knees, I am having problems walking up and down stairs..  Walking lately has been painful as I experience some shooting pain in my lower legs.  This is very recent.  I appreciate your help, thank you for your response in advance.
