I have a problem with my hand, arm and fingers! I have had a fingernail fungus and never really treated it medically.

I have redish, blackish, and browish spots under my fingernails, and on my hands. I also have pimple or zit like bumps that produce puss when popped, it has no smell though. My fingernails are cumbleing away, and also I have swelling in my whole left hand (the hand it all starting on), and now it is casing pain throughout my whole arm hand and shoulder. I have no idea what it could be, maybe the fungus is spreading!
