I HAD A TRIPLE ORTHODISIS OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO WHY AM I I STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY HEEL OF MY FOOT

i had a triple orthodesis done last sepember but i still have problems with my ankle swelling and my ackelles heel sfen up ever time i sit for a long time what can i do
