I am enjoying being in an incredible upward spiral of success, joy and positivity. You know how you can get into downward spirals? Well I discovered a few years ago about the upward cycle. I've gotten really good at recognizing what throws me into a negative spiral or a positive spiral and I've been able to keep myself in the upward spiral with minimal detours. This is what I do to keep myself in the upward spiral
Daily meditation with
stretching, foam roller and laying on tennis balls to work on my back
Superfoods (noni, maca, spirulina and mangosteen powder)
Wheatgrass shots from Robeks or home-made
Lots of sunshine when it's sunny outside
Surround myself with positive people
strictly avoid negative and pessimistic people The Circle of Life exercise
