This is the third day in a row when the pain in my right hip - actually it's at the top of my right thigh - has been significant. I am having trouble getting in and out of my car, I had trouble moving my leg up and down in a pedi-chair yesterday, and just walking can be so sharply painful.
The weather has been damp or actually raining. Might there be a connection? I don't know. What I do know is that there is little I can do in terms of exercise with this pain. I was able to do the arthritis exercises yesterday but nothing else.

I am going to try walking a bit, see if it eases.
