To keep your cool, you need lots of fluids and when you know you are going to be out and about and will be sweating, it helps adding glycerol to your drinks; your kidneys will retain water which helps your body to stay cool.
Mix 20 percent glycerol with 80% water and drink it at least 30 minutes before you exercise.
