Have you considered diet to help ease your arthritis?

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis years ago and suffered from it for many years. It wasn't until I changed my diet that I noticed remarkable improvement, so much so that I started a blog that is listed here in wellsphere:

I have. When I was diagnosed with Sero negative arthritis, which is a form of RA i decided to change my diet radically. My doctor had mentioned that processed foods and animal products may agrivate my symptoms so I did some research. Since that time I became Vegan and have eliminated sugar and wheat products from my diet.  I have noticed that the few times that I have allowed myself the "luxurary" of something sweet it has caused a flare, so I don't do that anymore, it's not worth it!  I am very happy as a Vegan. It has been 8 months and I feel great and don't miss the foods that I have eliminated- and I definitely don't miss the pain and the swollen joints!
So glad to hear you're feeling better! I wish more people would give diet a chance, like you did, to see what it can do for them. My hope is that others will read about our overall improvement and give diet a chance. 
I know everyones body responds differently to types of food. It was definitely worth the change! The reduction in pain and swelling is dramatic!
You can try Salmon Fish, Broccoli and use olive oil for cooking to reduce the arthritis pain.
