STILL HAVE A LITTLE SWELLING ,BUT CANT KNEEL AT ALL CUZ OF PAIN WHEN I DO .KNEE STILL HURTS IF ANY KIND OF PRESSURE PUT ON IT WHEN I PUT VITAMIN E ON IT N RUB IT IN
