Generally the pain starts from pinky side to thumb side.Lateralepicondylitis: This syndrome is commonly known as Tennis elbow because it is mostly found in players of tennis.  Other than this reason, this is a disease found in older age people.

Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer's Elbow): This is nothing because of pain in ulnar side of the elbow. This pain is due to repetitive use of medial epicondylitis and lateral epicondylitis.

Degenerative & Rheumatoid Arthritis: This is also known as degenerative joint disease (DJD)where pain occurs due to natural progression of wear and tear.
