Step 2: Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Lay the chicken legs/wings on the baking sheet. Sprinkle seasonings as you see fit. Salt and pepper of course. And if you haven't yet, find yourself some Old Bay Seasoning and put that stuff on there. Seriously, it makes the dish.
But go ahead and use whatever you like.
Step 3: Flip chicken pieces over and season the other side.
Step 4: Bake in the 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 5: Take out of oven and serve with piles of veggies. Consume food.
It's super simple and makes amazing leftovers. And it was so easy to do. I woke up from my groggy, cold medicine induced nap, threw the chicken on the baking sheet and into the oven . . . then watched the news for an hour. And done.
Easy as pie.
