Since I have been warning you about supplements, I thought I would save you the time by looking up and sharing some supplements with you, that might be beneficial for whatever ails you.
These supplements are not only safe and recommended by the Arthritis Foundation, but many other positive experiences and articles can be found online. One of them is
" Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU) Origin: A natural vegetable extract made from avocado and soybean oils.
Dosage: Softgel; take 300 mg daily.
Claims: Slows the progression of osteoarthritis (OA).
What we know Experts think ASU slows the production of some inflammatory chemicals the body makes. By doing so, ASU may help prevent the breakdown of cartilage.
Studies: In 2002, the Cochrane Review, an independent health organization based in Oxford, England, examined herbal therapies for OA and concluded ASU had convincing evidence. Specifically, a 2003 study published in the Journal of Rheumatology reported ASU inhibited the breakdown of cartilage and promoted repair.
The French government has tracked ASU's safety record for more than 15 years and has yet to find any significant problems." ~ Arthritis Foundation.
It will not do you any good to eat many avocados and lots of soy beans. The medicinal oil from both comes in such a small portion, you would have to eat yourself sick and still wouldn't achieve the result you are looking for.
Best is to buy this supplement, but again the recommendation: talk or ask your doctor before you do so.
Sometimes we work ourselves to the point of exhaustion and still don't reach the goal we have in mind. Often we find out by talking to others, or after having done some study, we were totally on the wrong track and there was a much better and easier way.
Improving our spiritual life is essential, also for an overall healthier mental, physical and emotional life. Prayer is one big part of it, but fellowship and Bible study are just as important.
The encouragement, interaction and road-map to life, make it easier to get and stay on track. God provides in everything. :-)
Colossians 2:2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,
