What is the flat rate for a membership?

Classes are weekly and can be pay as you go or each location offers a series payment.

Each so called "series" differs according to the weeks in a semester, national holidays and the sponsor.

Other than the beginners class "Basic Elements" classes are continuous, and happen most every week unless it is a holiday,

I recommend the Redwood City ALL LEVEL class on Thursdays.
