Bootcamp classes vary from instructor to instructor and level of ability-- if you can try to watch one for a few minutes first; you'll have a better sense of what's really expected, fitness levels, and types of exercises... Bootcamp simply means a cardio and strength interval workout - so if you have the time- check it out!
