How do you Deal with Anxious thoughts when your about to do something that makes you Anxious? Do you go for it,run and hide or something in the middle? Please feel free to share <3

I find it depends on the situation,what your about to do and how Anxious it makes you feel <3 I sometimes just go for it or I have help with my friend the 1mg Ativan <3 Or I run and hide :( I am trying not to do this! so any suggestions would be appreciated <3 Please answer if you have personal experience with feeling Anxious <3
