Hammer, 0.5 mg alprazolam (Xanax) is roughly equivalent to 10 mg diazepam, the active ingredient in Teva 3925.
However, there can be a wide variation in individual response to the differing benzodiazepines, so there is no guarantee that you would experience the same effect even at the equivalent dose. You may need more or less diazepam. As an added complication, alprazolam is a fast acting benzodiazepine, while it usually takes a lottle longer for diazepam to 'kick-in'. But the upside is that diazepam typically continues to work for much longer (20-100 hours compared to 6-12 hours for alprazolam).
