That is depending on your education, interests and ability. Are you a group person or are you rather working on your own or in a small group 2 – 4 people. But you can also seek help to reduce and perhaps completely overcome your symptoms. Although it is not always possible to completely cure anxiety if this is very deeply settled in your brain, than medication is the answer. Panic disorder and depression can be cured through therapy.
The main thing when looking for a job is that you feel comfortable in the environment where you work. The colleagues and environment are more important that the kind of work you do. You can do gardening, work in a shop (not the till), caring for people, anything. I wouldn’t go working in a restaurant where the head chef is shouting at chefs, but you can work in an institutional kitchen as a chef.
