I have asthma and stress sometimes can cause an asthma/panic attack. I’m afraid I’ll freak out during the flight. Know that most of the noises are planned, and are part of the flight…take off , landing..
knowing about something ahead of time will help make it easier.
You’ll feel some physical sensations….bring chewing gum,
ask someone who has just flown to describe it to you…have them write down what happened…so you aren’t worried …you know what to expect.
the bathrooms are very, very tiny….etc…
