What are causes of clammyness

I am always clammy and sometimes feel as thought I am not breathing properly why is that?

Clamminess can be caused by many things, some relatively benign like being anxious (part of the flight-or-fight response) or stressed, or serious such as cardiovascular disease, shock, drug overdose, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), pneumonia. Without more information it is impossible to say.

As for the breathing issue, are you out of breath or is it just a feeling without definite symptoms?

If the latter, it may be anxiety.
