It may be a
yeast infection of the penis,
STD or other condition. It may also be an area of contact dermatitis that is being irritated by something such as excess friction from a dry vagina.
If it is irritation. You could use a
moisturizer and perhaps a little occasional hydrocortisone.
Being
tested for STD's is also important. Seeing your doctor will be helpful for more guidance and in determining what is going on.

it started as a small white spot about 5 months ago and since then it has been increasing in size. now it is about 2cm in length,itches sometimes, started getting a really bad itchy scrotum about a month ago. i am sexually active. i get a rash around my scrotum sometimes. i play sometimes. sometimes i feel like it burns sometimes when i pee. i was wondering if i have an std or a yeast infection or something?
