breakfast- slim fast

dinner- a salad, 100 calorie progresso soup ( really good!), or a chicken breast & steamed veggies...
work out- an hour and a half- 2 hours per day 7 days a week
on the treadmill & stair climber.
some days i will wear my sauna suit with my waist trainer
other days sweats & my waist trimmer...
i jump rope every day for about 20 minutes...
i just started a few days ago... is this ok? hopefully it works...keep all the negativity to yourself...thanks...
just be careful in how you feel, of course you need to get enough protein an vitamins. nutriologist is a good idea, good luck.

my new diet plan....?
i want to lose about 60 lbs...
