If "Lortab" is the painkiller containing acetaminophen and hydrocodone then you can take diazepam (Valium) with it. Be aware that constipation is a possible side effect of both diazepam and Lortab so together the risk is increased. Make sure you drink plenty of water if it becomes a problem for you.
