I have been recently diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder and my Doctors are still trying to fine tune my meds. Currently the one I am on mentions I should keep a note somewhere on my person that I am on that particular medication. So, should I get a medic alert bracelet (in addition to subscribing to the medic alert service) for my meds and my Bi-polar condition?

Carrying a list of your medications and your doctor's contact number is a good idea, Ms Eva. I keep one in my wallet. I'm not sure you need to go to the expense of medic alert bracelet, but it won't do any harm.

Best wishes
