Should I be concerned about sore spot on thigh and general leg achiness?

I really don't understand what is oging on.  I'm up in northern lower michigan.  Too early for mosquitos.  Yesterday I developed a small sore spot on my leg. Feels like a bump under the skin, it is sore. This morning I woke up with both legs aching. I wonder if I should be concerned. I am 61 and in general in good health but I am a cancer survivor.
