Believe it or not, the foods we eat or drink can increase anxiety.
If too much of something can make you feel jittery, hyper, etc... Limit your intake. Foods or drinks that cause the same physical symptoms of anxiety can trigger the emotional feelings of anxiety:
Limit your intake of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant and can add to any existing anxiety and make you feel worse than you would otherwise. If you're stressed, avoid drinking coffee or other caffeinated beverages including soft drinks and iced teas.
