red ring around tonsils

About two weeks ago i got this red rash around my tonsils, never noticed it befor so i tried to think about what it could be or what was i doing different that could of caused it. Around the same time the rash poped up i started airbrushing for almost a week or week and a half strait without any mask or eye protection, so i quit for the past two weeks and the rash is still there and feels a little scatchy or burning feeling. the rash doesnt really have any white spots and my glands arent swollen so not to sure whats going on. I have horrible anxiety so its really hard for me not to freak out over things like this, so please help and let me know what you think it can be....... plus i smoke cigar raps alot too, hopefully nothing to do with that
