Pausing mindfully

Many of us struggle with feelings of insecurity and shame, of aversion and jealousy. Learning to present without judging these kinds of
feelings is not easy. But when we are willing to pause, to stay put and pay attention, at precisely the moments when we most want to lash out, cling tightly, or pull away, we open ourselves to the possibility of deep personal healing and transformation.

Learn to pause, to be present—stop blaming, withdrawing, obsessing, and distracting. In the space a pause creates, our natural awareness arises, allowing us to be mindful, to recognize what is happening inside us without judgment. By pausing, we begin to dismantle lifelong patterns and open ourselves to the profound inner freedom that comes from realizing the goodness and beauty of our
essential Being.

So start now... Take a breath, count to ten, and just be...
