I have suffered from mild depression for most of my life. OCD as a child and insomnia since I was 12. Started having panic attacks about eight years ago and it has been all down hill from there. I am currently on disability due to panic, anxiety, ptsd and depression. I was hospitalized two years ago and have been in therapy ever since then. I recently was in a group that was geared towards meditation, mindfullness thinking. It was wonderful. It opened my eyes. I am a work in progress but I am excited about my future. I have started my own blog with information, also it is a way for me to journal. I also spend much time researching information on mental health. Any questions or information I'm open.
