1. Think of a goal that you can complete in the next week. It should:
You can do it!
be clearly defined and measurable
be possible, but require some effort
take you one step closer to your dreams
be entirely controllable by your efforts
fit in your available time
Examples include: buy a hula hoop and hoop 10 minutes a day (check out this post for some hooping inspiration), journal 5 minutes a day, read a book related to your career, do one thing that scares you, (need some more ideas? sign up for your free 30-minute coaching session with me)
2. Schedule the action, and include the reason you’re doing it and how you’ll benefit.
3. Measure your progress. Give yourself gold stars, smiley-faces, and high fives as appropriate.
