My Veins Bulge!

Posted by danielv2_0

So For The Past 3 Days Or So I Noticed That My WRIST Vein Bulge Alot.

Idk What This Is But It Get Me Anxious.

On Both The Wrist, The Vein Look Wide And Bulge, They Don't Look Blue But Sometimes They Do.

Sometimes I Feel Like There Hot Or Something.

And A Little Nudge Of Pain Here And There...

This Has Happened Recently. Does This Have To Do With My Anxiety And I Look At Them Alot !

I Dont Feel It All The Time. But Recently I Have.

When Im Happy I Dont Seem To See Them Or Notice That Much

P.S.

And Right Now The Opposite Side Of My Palm Been Hurting (Near Where The Knuckles Are) Ohh And I See Them Most Where My Arms Are Layed Down (Like If Im Reading A Book)

I have the same poblem, its really weird and frankly i just find it disgusting. I went to the doctor but they just said everythings fine. Some of the other qwestions over google about bulging viens said things like, its means your hydrated, thin, or have more of a blood supply. Also if you have fair/thin skin if you place your arms down for example it pushes the veins a little upword but is easyier to see than people with normal skin. And if they are overheated, or if a blood supply is cut of somewhere like by a wrist band that can also contribute. If none of theese do it then consult your doctor.

Anxious people do have a tendency to fixate on parts of their body and notice and feel symptoms that are normal, Daniel. I doubt that there is anything wrong with your wrists and hands, but for your peace of mind get it checked out.

Best wishes

Ian
