As part of the series looking at Britain's jobless they report on life of someone with bipolar disorder and how it has effected his career. The BBC do a lot of good work and hopefully articles like this might change peoples attitudes toward mental illness and jobless people.
Having just returned to work after a year off with mental illness I can very much relate to his story and I am SOOOOOOO thankful to my employers and colleagues for being so fantastically supportive. If I hadn't had their support it could easily be a story on me from the future.
