Listen to Your Body: Overcoming a Panic Attack

I’m sorry for the sound quality. I’ll be making more of these later, so you’ll only have to deal with this one for a little while. Bringing your attention to your stress is not a bad thing! It’s what your body needs. Acknowledge your body and thank it. Then move on :)
