hello... I have had a pain just behind the knee cap for about 1 year now.. i have slowly decreased the pain through exercise and fitness however i seem to still have a small lingering and bothersome pain just behind the knee cap. i have had xrays and an mri done which have ruled out any other problems . they have found a 1cm cyst within the central tibia which in thier terms could represent an intraosseous ganglion or possibly an enchondroma .. i try to run full out but i always have the same knee pain no matter what.. Can someone help me in determining the problem...
