Learning to chill.
"Relaxation Techniques for Relief of Anxiety & Stress" reviews a number of techniques to get you to chill out, including meditation, muscle relaxation, visualization exercises, affirmations, hydrotherapy, listening to soothing music, and massage.

I don't know about you, but I have a hard time with affirmations. They seem a bit too Stuart Smalley to me.
