Is this natural mixture good for anxiety/ panic disorder ?

5 Htp (50 mg morning)
B-100 (once a day)
Multi Vitamin (once a day)
Omega 3 (once a day)

This is a great start to your daily supplement regimen. B vitamins for energy, a balanced multi for trace minerals, an Omega 3 for anti-inflammatory and HTP for its calming effect. One thing that you can safely add is an amino acid called Lysine. 2.5 grams per day is an accepted baseline. This amino acid help increase the level of the neurotransmitter GABA, which can have a sedative effect on the nervous system.
