
If by "sleep aids" you mean one of the benzodiazepines - diazepam (Valium), clonazepam (Klonopin) etc, or a hypnotic such as zolpidem (Ambien, Stilnox) or eszopiclone (Lunesta), then yes, these can be taken with Zoloft, though I would advise caution with the latter drugs, especially zolpidem, because of " potentially dangerous complex sleep-related behaviours which may include sleep walking, sleep driving and other bizarre behaviours."
OTOH, some herbal sleep aids may adversely interact with antidepressants. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement.
If insomnia has become a problem since you began taking Zoloft then a change in the time of day you take it may ease or resolve the issue.
