i throw up when i get nervous or think about certain things

for a few years now, whenever i get nervous, i throw up. its not that i even get nauseous, but its like i get butterflies and a rush and cant help throwing up. it happens when i get nervous about doing things or doing something new, and these are things i WANT to do just get nervous about. i dont know what to do anymore it has gotten in the way of a lot of things for me and i want to know what the cause of this is and what i can do
