I have frequent numbness in my right leg while driving, but I do not suffer any anxiety attacks. What is it?

I have frequent numbness in my right foot and leg while driving, but I do not suffer from any anxiety attacks. I am a 35 yr old caucasian male that weighs 175 lbs. I am 5 feet 11 inches tall. Thanks for all the helpful responses.

1) Do you carry your wallet in your right hip pocket?
2) Is there a spring in your car seat that presses on your right buttock?
3) Do you hold your right leg stiff when driving?

I think you are doing something that presses on the nerves of your leg in the back, or you may be slowing the blood circulation behind your knee.
Give yourself a good evaluation on how you are driving, WHILE you are driving.
