I feel like I can't catch my breath and yawn often. I am avid bike rider and have had this before, but it sem like it has come back with a vengence. Does not seem to change with any different activity. This has been goining on know for about 6 weeks. I am an anxious personality with a number of issuses in my life right now.
Assuming there isn't a purely physical cause, you need to treat the anxiety. How depends of what options are available to you, but basically with medication or psychotherapy. Your doctor should be able to guide you to the best treatment for you.
BTW-while most people believe yawning is somehow related to oxygen levels, this is a myth. There are many possible triggers. Anxiety is one. People tend to yawn more when nervous, i.e. anxious.
