how come I feel nervous sometimes without any reasons?expecially when somebody sit next to me.

i am jerome who's from China,i have got an anxiety disorder since i was in high school,mostly was resulted from the overburdens of my test ,,during the past years,it is so very hard for me to fight for this disorder,and i was really an odd boy in school at that time.anyway ,i just wanna find some friends who got the same feeling,i hope to be a friend with you.thanks u!
